Personal Life

Syed Ashraf Ali, son of Syed Sharif Ali, was born on 31st January 1987. He hails from Medchal district, Telangana, and completed his Intermediate studies. From a young age, he was inclined towards social service and community development, which later shaped his political journey.

Political Career

Syed Ashraf Ali joined the Indian National Congress in 2014 and has remained a loyal member of the party ever since, without shifting allegiance to any other political outfit. His dedication and commitment towards strengthening the Congress at the grassroots level earned him key responsibilities within the party.

Currently, he serves as the Vice Chairman of the Medchal District Congress Minority Department. Alongside, he also holds important local-level roles as the 16th Ward Indhramma Committee Member and 16th Ward Incharge, actively working to resolve civic and social issues in his constituency.

He played a significant role in party expansion by enrolling nearly 1,500 new members into the Congress. For this achievement, he was felicitated by Hon’ble Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy as the Best Membership Enroller, marking a proud moment in his political journey.

Public Service & Social Work

Since 2016, Syed Ashraf Ali has been actively involved in public service, focusing on the welfare of people in Medchal district, particularly addressing the concerns of minority communities, youth, and underprivileged sections. His consistent efforts in social service and grassroots-level politics have made him a respected figure among the local community.
