Hyderabad: Heavy flooding at Godavari Bridge No. 434 between Basar and Navipet has forced the cancellation and partial suspension of several train services from Kacheguda and Secunderabad on August 31 and September 1, 2025.

Fully cancelled services include Kacheguda–Medak, Medak–Kacheguda, and multiple Secunderabad–Siddipet routes. Additionally, Kacheguda–Medak (57301) will run only up to Akanapet, while Medak–Kacheguda (57302) will start from Akanapet, with the Medak–Akanapet stretch cancelled.

Railway authorities urged passengers to check the latest updates before travel, stressing that the measures were taken to ensure safety amid rising water levels.
