firms not to be swayed by politically driven rumours about the property market. Speaking at the inauguration of the CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show on August 15, he cautioned, “If you believe such rumours, you are the ones who stand to lose. I want to assure you that for us, investors and developers remain a top priority.

The Chief Minister underlined that his government was committed to ensuring transparent and growth-oriented policies to strengthen the state’s economy and counter the negativity spread by political rivals. He stressed that both policy reforms and the construction industry were key “growth engines” for Telangana. Even with leadership transitions, he noted, the state has always avoided policy paralysis, giving it an edge in global competitiveness. “Safeguarding investments and ensuring profitability are the government’s foremost responsibilities,” he added.

Mr. Reddy also clarified that action against illegal encroachments should not be misinterpreted as hostility towards the real estate sector. He appealed to developers to promote the state’s vision with confidence. “Real estate thrives on trust and positive sentiment. The government will do its part, but you too must help in building and protecting that environment,” he said.
