New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi lashed out at the Bihar NDA government after police baton-charged protesters in Patna. Sharing a video on X, he alleged that youth asking for jobs are being met with lathis instead of opportunities.

He said the government was committing “atrocities” and warned that “the countdown has begun,” as the state heads into assembly elections in the coming months. Reports said the baton charge was against land surveyors on strike as well as teacher recruitment aspirants demanding results.
