The Markazi Ruet-e-Hilal Committee of Hyderabad made the statement. Hyderabad On Sunday, August 24, the Majlis-e-Ulama-e-Deccan's Markazi Ruet-e-Hilal Committee (Moon Sighting Committee) declared that the crescent moon of Rabi Ul Awwal 1447 AH/2025 had been sighted. The official notification states that Monday, August 25, will be the first day of Rabi Ul Awwal. The declaration came after a meeting in the Hussaini Building in Hyderabad's Moazzam Jahi Market, which is home of the committee's president, Allama Syed Hasan Ibrahim Hussaini Quadri (Sajjad Pasha).
