Heavy rains and flooding in Medak district have thrown train services out of gear, with the South Central Railway (SCR) cancelling, diverting, and rescheduling multiple trains in its Hyderabad Division. The water overflow on tracks between Bhiknur–Talmadla and Akanapet–Medak sections has forced the railway authorities to take precautionary measures.

Passengers have been advised to check the status of their trains before starting their journey, as continuous rainfall may cause further disruptions in the coming days.
