Hyderabad: The Congress-led Telangana administration was sharply criticized by BRS Working President KT Rama Rao on Monday for transforming the state into a "commission raj" in which only those prepared to pay bribes have their debts paid. Rama Rao cited the small contractors' demonstration in front of the Chief Minister's office within the state secretariat, saying that the government's moral and administrative incompetence was evident in their compelled action. He declared, "This is a direct indictment of Revanth Reddy's deteriorating rule, not just a protest.KTR said that non-payment of bills was tarnishing the "Mana Ooru – Mana Badi" program, which sought to enhance school infrastructure for disadvantaged students. "Those who worked on such noble programs are being neglected, which is shameful," he remarked. Large contractors' bills are being paid at breakneck speed at the same time. This reveals the Congress government's duplicity," he continued.
