Hyderabad: BRS working president K.T. Rama Rao on Friday lashed out at the Telangana Congress government for handing over the Kaleshwaram project probe to the CBI, calling it “political duplicity.”

KTR said CM Revanth Reddy was acting as a “currency manager” for Rahul Gandhi and questioned if the Congress leader was aware of the decision. He reminded that Rahul himself had once termed the CBI as the BJP’s “Opposition Elimination Cell.”

Declaring that the BRS would fight “legally and politically,” KTR added, “We have faith in the judiciary and the people. Satyameva Jayate.”
