Hyderabad: Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy on Saturday said the Telangana government should act as per the law on the report related to the Kaleshwaram project. Interacting with the media at Haritha Plaza, Begumpet, he alleged that large-scale corruption and misuse of power had marred the project.

“We have consistently maintained that the Kaleshwaram project was riddled with irregularities. The previous BRS regime ignored expert advice and pushed ahead, despite repeated warnings from retired engineers’ associations. What we had cautioned about has now come true,” Reddy remarked.
