Hyderabad, Sept 4: A day after her suspension, K. Kavitha resigned from the BRS and her MLC post, alleging a conspiracy within the party. Addressing media at Telangana Jagruthi office, she questioned the “anti-party activities” charge and accused Harish Rao and Santosh Kumar of corruption in the Kaleshwaram project and plotting against the KCR family.

Kavitha clarified she is not joining any political party and will decide her future course after consulting supporters. She emotionally appealed to KTR, saying she was “sacrificed” as part of a larger plan to weaken KCR.
