Hon’ble CM Revanth Reddy participated in the Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony of the District Registrar Office & Integrated Registration Office at TALIM, Gachibowli.

Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy emphasized the urgent need to modernize government offices across Telangana to provide better services to the public and make them globally competitive through technology. He laid the foundation stone for the Ranga Reddy District Registrar Office and the Integrated Sub-Registrar Offices complex near TALIM, Gachibowli, along with Ministers Duddilla Sridhar Babu and Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy. The construction materials were inspected, and plans for modern facilities, including technology-driven workflows to reduce waiting times, were discussed. The Chief Minister appreciated the CSR contribution of Rs 30 crore from Uday, MD of the construction company, for building this office, which is expected to be completed by the next State Formation Day.
Highlighting the poor conditions in sub-registrar offices, he noted that 19 lakh documents are processed annually in 144 offices across the state. Many offices lack basic facilities despite generating substantial revenue for the government. Improving these offices will not only increase government income but also enhance public respect.
Speaking on urban development, the Chief Minister outlined plans to revive the Musi riverfront, ensuring water remains in the river throughout the year, and to develop the night economy so businesses can operate 24×7. He emphasized affordable housing for the middle class through Rajiv Swagruha, expansion of the city with Metro and regional roads, and creation of elevated corridors. He added that Hyderabad should compete with global cities like New York, Singapore, and Tokyo, using technical expertise, strategic planning, and sincerity.
The Chief Minister stressed that stalled development must be accelerated under the vision of Telangana Rising 2047, aiming to make the state a $3 trillion economy by 2047. He called upon citizens to support progress and eliminate obstacles to urban and state-wide development.
The program was attended by Legislative Council Whip Patnam Mahender Reddy, City Mayor Gadwala Vijayalakshmi, Government Chief Secretary Ramakrishna Rao, along with other ministers, officials, and public representatives.
