Hyderabad: The Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has submitted a report to the state government on the Formula E scam, naming BRS working president and former IT minister K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) as the prime accused. After a nine-month probe, the ACB alleged a quid pro quo, stating that ₹44 crore reached the BRS through electoral bonds from a sponsorship firm.

The agency has sought the Governor’s permission to prosecute KTR, senior IAS officer Arvind Kumar, ex-HMDA chief engineer BLN Reddy, Ace Nxt Gen’s Kiran Rao and Formula E Operations.

Reacting, KTR dismissed the case as “bogus,” said he was ready for a lie-detector test, and challenged CM Revanth Reddy to join him on live television.
