New Delhi, Sept 3: Union Home Ministry officials will meet representatives of Kuki-Zo insurgent groups today to finalise the extension of the Suspension of Operations (SoO) agreement. The pact has remained in limbo since the Manipur government withdrew from it on February 29, 2024. The talks come just ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s scheduled visit to Manipur.
