BRS Suspends K Kavitha Over Indiscipline

The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) on Tuesday suspended senior leader and MLC K Kavitha for alleged indiscipline and anti-party activities. The decision was taken by party president and former Telangana CM K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR), her father.

The move comes a day after the CBI probe into the Kaleshwaram project was announced. Kavitha had accused her cousins and BRS leaders T Harish Rao and J Santosh Kumar of colluding with CM A Revanth Reddy and damaging KCR’s image.
